Companies hire aggressively from mid-January until the end of the month. Applicants start getting their resumes ready as early as November. They’re actively applying, but they’re not hearing back that much.

As entrepreneurs, we’re already busy as it is. Our budgets are limited in most cases. And, most of us are borderline experiencing “burnout” from all of the hats we’re wearing at once.
