Previously Published to News Break One year into the pandemic and our world is becoming the ultimate ghost town. We’re seeing a massive exodus from the West Coast, businesses closing doors, and workers being laid off in numbers from those that had never been laid off before. Tech says there’s an app for that but so many fail to listen! In an annual Kong survey, more than 400 senior technology decision-makers were polled across a broad range of US and European industries, the general consensus was that if businesses refused to modernize, they’d be next to be featured in the Smithsonian. According to the 2021 Digital Innovation Benchmark report, 51% of tech leaders expect a majority of businesses to go under, or be acquired, by 2024. These leaders went so far as to state that companies lagging in digital innovation may live only three years — and, that’s if they rush to do something now. In fact, nearly 89% of respondents went on to explain that by creating new digital experiences, businesses could easily combat the challenges faced by the pandemic and that these interests should serve as critical to their organization going forward. In 2020, only 75% of respondents […]

We have been presented with a whole new dichotomy and are experiencing things we had never known before. For some, the pandemic has brought about a sense of relief. It has given them time to reflect and time to catch up. Some have benefited from such an occurrence, while others have hit rock bottom in its most purest form. The World continues to turn, and we continue to learn new things, adopt new techniques and perfect that of which would lead us to a better quality of life. Through grace and misfortune, 2020 has intrigued even the most abstract of thinkers — with many wondering what they can expect in 2021, as new stars align. Investors want to know where they’ll gain the greatest ROIs. Employees want to know if their jobs will be secure. Young adults are seeking direction. And, these trends will be sure to dictate our lives. * DISCLAIMER: To avoid potential liabilities, this list has been generalized. It should serve as a jumping point, as you do […]

Why aren’t you getting any calls back?

APPLICATION, job search, jobs industry, hiring cycle, rejection, no calls back, resume, talent acquisition, employee turnover, seasonal hiring,

PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED TO NEWS BREAK The Covid-19 pandemic has taken a serious toll on our economy. And for so many, it has also taken away the jobs that they’ve relied on for more than twenty years. Many of these people were so secure in their positions that they never would have imagined seeking new employment — especially so late in their careers. But, the truth is, the world will never be the same. And unfortunately, the unimaginable has become imaginable. So, what do they do? They apply for one position after another to regrettably never get a word back. In some cases, they might receive a batched email, or an email stating that they were no longer being considered for that position and that someone else was a better match. No additional details are available, and the sender is unavailable for response. Hold tight to your confidence, because the reality is — it’s not always you, it could also be them. The job industry has changed so drastically in the past decade, and each year it shifts even further to the left. Hiring managers are less hands-on than they used to be, and automated filters are pulling the most qualified […]

Robocast: Automating Social Like Never Before!

Automation, Play the Web, Robocast, SEO, Search Engine Optimization, Digital Pivot, Tech News, Technology, Technology News, Website Playlist, Web Player,

Previously Published to TalentZoo’s Digital Pivot Robocast launched a media player last April that allows users to “auto-browse social media links, including Twitter and Instagram Feeds, Searches, Hashtags and more.” Yesterday, Dec. 2, Robocast, Inc. released a major update to their Robocast Social player, continuing social play with just one click…and now a few new features. Robocast, Inc. has the power to shift “social” in the conference-room environment, before the press, and through the imagination of its users. In fact, this could be a new shift in brand promotion and social media releases. Robocast has the ability to play Twitter and Instagram posts paired with adjacent websites of interest. When clicking on a hashtag or username, Robocast automatically plays a social playlist of these posts and opens related social media attached to them. Twitter and Instagram are now integrated fully into Robocast’s social playlist. While users are no longer required to log on to interact with the social multimedia playlist, those who do will be able to access personalized feeds that allow commenting, messaging, and following of other users. In previous versions, this was not so much the case. “The goal has always been to make digital media use easier and more powerful, through familiar […]

Look, Ma! No hands! | Robocast: Automating Social

Announcements, Launch, Robocast, Automation, SEO, Automating Social, Technology, The Vault, Browsing,

PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED ON EXAMINER Slated for release to the public tomorrow, Sunday, April 19, 2015, Robocast.com Player has created a system that “auto-browses social media links, including Twitter and Instagram Feeds, Searches, Hashtags and more,” according to a press release by Robocast, Inc., late Friday evening. The new and improved player will be demonstrated to onlookers during an exhibition at Union Square Park at Earth Day NY 2015 and will lead audiences into a visual journey, stuffed with content from Global Earth Day, particularly focusing on the 25th anniversary of Earth Day NY. As a patented multimedia playlist engine, users are able to sign into Robocast.com with social media logins and literally “play” their timelines, based on search and hashtag results. Each search query will automatically generate an interactive show experience built from status updates, tweets and shared content on that particular subject. Instead of scrolling, the presentation will carry users through each post, utilizing the ability to be paused, resumed and viewed at multiple speeds. Surviving the “early days of the web,” Robocast, Inc. prides itself on “pioneering automated web browsing and continuing to create new, more efficient tools for consuming web content.” The company has coordinated presentations that […]
